Someone Like You is a sweet and sexy friends to lovers, single parent story. It will pull at your heartstrings and leave you full of happiness.
This is Alexandra Silva at her best. The story is full of humour, chemistry, and angst. Dorian and Jake have been floating around each other for years but they're finally acknowledging their feelings, but with past hurts and present responsibilities can they overcome the obstacles to find the happy ending they both deserve?
Dorian is one kick-arse Female. She's a working single mother and doesn't take any crap. She's also intuitive, she's sees more than Jake shows the world and Jake, well, he's the funny guy that hides behind his humour and charm, but his feelings can't be hidden and watching them fight for their HEA is a pleasure. Their story is sweet, sexy, angsty, and full of swoons. Make this one of your must reads.
This is book three in a series of interconnected standalones. For the best reader experience I'd recommend reading For You first, it is a prequel for Dorian. Someone Like You is her HEA.
