This story was a lot of fun!
Overall, I liked the cast of characters. Island tended to get a tad annoying at times, while March paled a bit in comparison. To be fair, his character isn't one given to grand gestures and theatrics, so that is quite fitting, even if I would have liked it otherwise sometimes.
Dries felt a bit inconsistent to me, I'm not sure I understand why he acted the way he did.
I really loved the little things, like the scene with the robo-mop () or rating the quality of private jets by their paint jobs.
While some story-arcs got resolved in this first installment to keep me happy (I HATE complete cliffhangers), there are enough loose ends to keep me wondering how the story will unfold in the second book.
