Stalking Jack the Ripper

this book is... hard to rate. i enjoyed myself while reading it and had a good time with the setting, characters, and plot, but it wasn't the best mystery book or laid-out romance i've ever read. enjoyment was definitely a 4 but quality was more of a 3 so i settled in the middle.
