Started off great with great examples and ways to connect with others but the second half dives into racial and offensive conversations, which might be useful to an American but wasn't of much use to me

Despite being short, the book feels padded and continues to say the same point again and again, almost every chapter.

However, the final chapter was very heartfelt and inspired me to be better
