Is it weird that I didn't think this was weird?!

I just loved this book and the entire series thus far. Vol. 7 has just come out and I'll probably get Vol 7 and 8 at he same time.

Any who... She sweats a lot and he loves her scent (She mixes a whole bunch of stuff to mask her natural scent he likes the mix but can always smell her all naturale). He designs the the soaps at their job and she works in the finance department. He comes across her scent and one thing leads to another and he has to smell her for inspiration. The way he goes about smelling her is exaggerated as most mangas are but for me it still wasn't weird. Why? How many times have we been drawn to a perfume or cologne someone wears? How many times do we sniff, long and hard, a baby? Or a puppy's breath? Friends come close enough to smell my hair all the time.

This relationship is sweet and respectful. We watch them navigate getting to know one another, being in a relationship and learning to respect certain boundaries (she doesn't want him smelling her but then finds it weird when he holds back (le sigh)). The cutest thing is the commitment their friends have to guiding them so that they don't get in their own way. My only complaint is that I feel like their constant awkwardness makes me feel as if the other shoe will drop at any moment. I love them together. I've already seen the other covers so I think we will all be okay.
