Cleo Quinn doesn't have the greatest track record when it comes to men, but now Will has come along. Handsome and attentive, he could be her Mr Right. Things are definitely looking up for Cleo, apart from one small problem with a rather large ego. Johnny LaVenture, sculptor extraordinaire and her personal childhood nemesis, is back in Channing's Hill and tormenting her as if he'd never been away. Meanwhile Cleo's sister Abbie has a problem of her own. The sisters are about to discover that the past can come back to haunt you, and that love can flourish in the unlikeliest of places.

This is the kind of English village/chick lit romance fluff I like to read when I'm sick or stuck on an airplane for eight hours (both events create the same sensation of being trapped inside tin can)- its bound to entertain without challenging and it always ends happily.
If you've read every other Jill Mansell, than by all means, you might as well read this one but if you've never read her, I would not recommend starting with this one. It was okay – like made-for-tv Lifetime movie “okay”. Entertained but not moved by the characters nor can I remember any details even though I just finished the book a couple hours ago.
