What an interesting concept—a murder mystery with the motive clear and the murderer and accomplice named, the intended victims still alive, and one woman who has the only chance of stopping the murders and throwing a wrench in the plans of the charming cousins with murder on their minds...will she be able to save the intended victims, or become one herself in the process?

It's definitely more emotionally impactful to have death and loss occur in a story where you feel a connection to the victim beforehand and are powerless to stop the events. There were definitely some heart-wrenching moments along the way!

Really interesting version of a thriller and one that I am giving an extra star to for sheer innovation.
