The Cat in the Hat

I recall reading part of this years ago in a doctor's office and being shocked by how crazy it was. This weekend I read it at storyline at work, and recalled all over again why I didn't like it. This cat comes in where he isn't even welcome and destroys all sorts of things, but claims to be bringing “fun”?? Wow...not my version of fun. My favorite was the fish, who kept being wiser than the rest...that part was the closest it came to funny, but only because the fish survived being away from water that long.
