The Chase

I read this book because it was Aprils pick for The Swoon Sisters Book Club but I have been meaning to read it for a while now. This book did fall into the lack of communication trope that I can't stand. I hate when all of the drama in a book could have been solved if the characters would have just talked. The first half of the book was like that for me but I kept reading because I was liking the characters and the story. About halfway through is when things changed for me. I started enjoying it even more. It got pretty steamy at times which I love and the romance was also cute and frustrating at times as well. The last half of the book pretty much made the book for me. I will for sure continue on with this series hopefully sooner rather than later.
