I was expecting something more ADHD specific since the book was recomended by my kid's occupational therapy specialist,whereas the book is more general - not a bad thing :)
all in all, i found it to be a more detailed and structured version of the great book “How to talk so kids listen and how to listen so kids talk” . With more examples ans more motivation.
All in all, pretty good and reccomended
