The Girl in the Bay #1

The story is intriguing and I love anything related to dopplegangers... but if this chick grew up in the 70's in Brooklyn... why aren't there any people of color in the background? The artwork is okay but the lack of diversity makes me scratch my head.

Everything felt rushed and there wasn't any real characterization.
