A cumulative nursery rhyme about the chain of events that started when Jack built a house.

This is a cute visual of the Mother Goose nursery rhyme from my parent's own childhood. It was our read for this week in the Memoria Press Junior Kindergarten. After reading it we came back and saw a few other different versions on YouTube and it was neat to see how this was a much more gentle version with things such as “that cat that killed the rat” was changed in this version to “that cat that chased the rat”. While there is nothing wrong with a cat killed rodents... it is better at this point in reading a nursery rhyme to be able to say chased the rat and not have a tangent on explaining why the death of the rodent is okay in this instance. That can come later that at three years old. :)
