The Love Object: Stories

My favorites were Cords, The Love Object and How to grow a wisteria - this one in particular, I think. I just didn't like one short story that I probably didn't get - it sounded too much like Waiting for Godot without the symbolism. Maybe it was like it. I don't know. Anyways, there are eight short stories, and I read them with reasonable pleasure and curiosity, and it never happened when I read Alice Munro, her contemporary. Just for that, i'm grateful and her fan.
