The Porcelain Maker

I wasn't overly wowed by this book. It was a little slow and dry. The storyline was epic but it didn't execute so great for me. The characters were a little dull too. The last ⅓ made up for what the rest of the book lacked for me. I like more excitement and intrigue in my historical fiction but the writing was decent enough.
