The Prophecy

Yorda was used to excelling. He could run faster than anyone his age, his senses were more acute than those of anyone he knew he could even communicate with animals. And he had unique talents as a healer. So it was no surprise when he proved capable of curing voicekill, the illness that had sprung up among local children. Little did he know that by healing their fevers he was walking into a trap and a trap that was intended to be deadly.
