Good read to skip through with friendly visuals. It lightly touches on a variety of subjects (only a mention of hypersomnia though. RIP)
instead of lucid dreaming I might just be having sleep paralysis so that's something for me to look deeper into. I also like how it covered sleep by age but I was really happy to see it does touch on sleep for people pre, peak, and post menopause. It doesn't get mentioned very often.
