The Secret Diaries of Miss Miranda Cheever

And JQ with another excellent book! This was such an emotional roller coaster. There was so much Miranda had to deal with. Oh man, I think I would have slapped Turner.

The diary entries are spread throughout, and at first I thought they were weird, but I started this book on a work night, and when I took a breath, it was 11. Like, whoa! I was totally lost in Miss Cheever's dramatic launch into the ton, and her journey to finding love.

Something I really enjoyed about this book, was that the couple had some foreplay before they got nekkie together. Yes, Turner was a total jerk at the funeral, but Miranda knew better. She stopped that shit in its tracks. And good for her. Not settling for nookie just because. I also really liked Olivia, her friend here stuck through her through everything. And that ending. I really think I had some tears welling in my eyes.

Miranda is witty, their banter is really great. And if you like HR's you will definitely like this one, I am not surprised that there is a HUGE wait for this at my library.
