The Soul of a Woman

Perfect. This was so good! I am a huge fan of Isabel Allende. Not every book has worked perfectly for me but I still pick up everything she write. In this memoir, her voice really shined through. I love her voice and always appreciate her perspective. Take your highlighters out for this one–there are so many great quotes you will want to remember. This is a book you will want to own and come back to often.

This is super interesting because it was a great combination of a stream of conscious/conversational writing style but it still felt very organized and orderly.
