The Summer I Turned Pretty

This is a perfect quick read for summer. I loved all the characters. I especially love the main characters nickname (Belly) at first I thought what kind of a name is that but it grew on me and I think it is such a cute nickname. I think Belly is a little immature for her age but I understand why she acts the way she acts and it completely fits in with the overall story. This book is about more than just a summer romance. It's about family, friends, loss, and growing up. I cant wait to read the rest of the series. I'm also a little nervous to see what is going to happen in the following books.
