Thin Ice

Such a delightful suspense read! Christy is a former competitive ice skater whose entire family died in accidents within months of each other—her parents in a freak car accident and her only sister in a house fire. She is still grieving when a letter arrives, addressed to her in her sister's hand. She goes to the FBI, and agent Lance McGregor takes on the case.

What follows is a high-stakes game with Christy's life in peril. Someone is out for revenge, and she has no clue who. The mystery is layered and difficult to piece together correctly, which I love. And the buildup to the end had me flipping pages as fast as I could.

I've already recommended this to two people at the bookstore!
