I rarely write reviews, because I tend to ramble, but here I go anyway. If you have not read all 28 books in this series, you should do so. The growth of Lucas Davenport from book 1 to 28 is remarkable and very entertaining. John Sandford's writing is also technically excellent which I enjoy almost as much as his storytelling.
