I have to say, it makes me incredibly sad that there was so much controversy attached to the authors of this series. I felt guilty reading each book and ultimately deciding to finish the series and continue beyond this one after the controversy.

It makes me sad because the entire series has been a wild ride. It was a nice ride. I'm a bit conflicted by how everything turned out specifically with one incident. I don't want to read into it but it almost felt as if there could be a hidden message attached to a certain death that has occurred.

Either way, I'm going to miss this world. I haven't moved on to the other books even though I've already purchased them. Perhaps I won't miss this too much having those books waiting for me. We shall see.

Read them. You won't regret it. I wish they would have continued with the movies. They too would have been awesome.
