Have you ever had a friend who shares little secrets of finding happiness with you? One that also is able to somehow reassure you that you will be able to make these small changes? One who, in addition, comes across as having your best interests at heart? That's the feeling I took away from reading this book. It's a lovely little book that doesn't ask you to make huge and dramatic changes but rather to tweak the things you do to make yourself happier. I left the reading of the book feeling like the author was a genuinely concerned friend, and that's a nice feeling.
