When Breath Becomes Air

I wanted to read this book for the same reason that Dr Kalanithi reached out to literature - hoping to find wise revelations to help me in my own place and time. And, in his striving to relay the truth that was in his heart, he did, in fact, help me.

For his sake, I am so glad that he was able to write his book because it meant so much to him to be able to do so. And I feel lucky and grateful to have read it.
