Wuthering Heights

I don't know why this book miraculously disappear from my ‘read' list but I've read this book (now that I forget) probably sometime in 2014? maybe. I loved it thoroughly. It's not a book you read for the warm and fuzzy feeling. The story is filled with unreliable narratives, horrible characters and unredeemable behaviours. But that's what I like about Emily Brontë's only novel. Its a gritty look into the human condition. Forget what you know about this book if you haven't read it yet, its dark, rough and downright bleak from beginning to end. Go in with an open mind, just don't expect to be swept away by a romantic love story.
