After seeing the previews to the upcoming television show based on this book, I decided to read the book first. I'm glad I did. I really liked this book! I see that it has gotten quite a few bad reviews, but I whipped right through it. Something has happened to the environment that has made animals go crazy and start attacking humans. You never know, it could happen.
