Thank you to the author for the giveaway copy I won through The Story Graph!  This was a great read that kept me on my toes.

First off, a BIG thank you to the author for a giveaway copy of this book!  I quite enjoyed the story, however, there is A LOT going on & it complicates the story.  The author is a beautiful writer & I feel like the story really spoke to me.

This story is going to sit with me for a long while.  While I couldn't really relate to the main character, I learned a lot & appreciated the story more because of that.

It might be because I grew up loving Scooby Doo, Clue Club, & Nancy Drew, but I absolutely LOVED this book.

Thank you, McKenna Quinn for the ARC!  I truly enjoyed this story & am looking forward to the sequel.
The writing is beautiful and poetic.  The riddles were enjoyable!  I loved that I didn't always know where the story was headed.

I won this in a giveaway.  I learned a lot and found it well written. Thank you StoryGraph!!!!

I won a hardcover version of this book through Page Bound. I found it to be very encouraging, very well written, & quite interesting. Had I not won a copy, I likely wouldn't have chosen it on my own, so I am thankful for the win.

I won this digital copy as a giveaway prize from TSG. I went in blind & without looking at the reviews. I REALLY enjoyed the story. Thank you TSG for introducing me to a new author.

I had such high hopes for this one. I'm not sure exactly what it was that bothered me but maybe it was that it felt like it drug on for SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO long.

MUCH better than I expected it was going to be!!

I won this in a TSG giveaway & thoroughly enjoyed it!! Thank you!!!

I was pretty sure I was going to like this story when I pre-ordered it but I was unprepared for how much I LOVED it once I started listening to it.  I was actually disappointed when it ended.  I felt like I had just started it when it ended.  It's a complete well done story that sucks you in right at the beginning and has you holding on until the very end.

WTF did I just read!?!?! In all the best ways!

It's a good thing TSG doesn't use, “wackadoodle” as a description because that is what kept coming to mind the deeper I got into the story.  The story was a great ride & I could actually see some people falling into this type of obsessive behavior.

This was a beautiful story!  I don't know why I put off reading this for so long.

I think I would have liked this book more if I would have read it rather than listened to it.

I have to say that I found the beginning of this story so slow that I considered DNFing it.  I am SO glad I did not make that choice.  This was an exciting and beautiful story.  I am almost sad that I can't read it again for the first time. The twists and turns kept the story moving well & the final resolutions for the characters were perfection.

I won this in a TSG giveaway & I am so glad I did.  I REALLY enjoyed the story & could relate to some of the ADHD issues that were addressed.

I won this on TSG.  I enjoyed the read but I found myself wishing that the pace would speed up.  While the story was a good one, I was relieved when I was finished reading.

I actually had to force myself to finish this book.  I wanted to see where it ended up.

This book read like all her other books. It felt like it was written in a rush; like it was done as a money grab.

I was bored. This one is just eh, for me. Not sure what the hype for this book was all about.

What a wild ride! Not sure what I was expecting when I started reading this book, but it wasn't this!

Took .25 star away due to the fact that nearly half of the digital version was notes.

I LOVED this book.  The descriptions of the landscapes made me feel like I was in Italy.  The true love of food and the magic of the relationship between Nonna and her granddaughter took me back to childhood memories with my own grandmothers & great grandmothers.

The FMC was someone I couldn't connect with - she made no sense. I pushed to finish this book hoping for a redemption type twist at the end. But, no, it was predictable.
