Why didn't i pick this one up sooner! fantasy and Mechs!?! I felt like I was in a version of gundam. This was very educational and I loved that it had hands on exercises, and it had actual story examples to comprehend and process the topics mentioned with Self-Infliction, rejection etc. definitely love learning about psychology and this added to my knowledge of the topics.
