I know there is a ton of hype over this book. But the way that sarah j. maas builds worlds and characters is just chefs kiss perfect. I absolutely loved this one. it had the whole package and the Fae was sooooooo amazing. I listened via audiobook and the narrator was perfect. It honestly made this experience that much better. Can't wait to go further down this series.

I wish I had discovered this book sooner. Sooooo good. took me forever to get through because the copy i have the print was really really tiny but overall really great start to this series. I am excited for the further world building and characters.

This book was just unnecessary with the sexual bits and just overall drove me nuts...i am so glad i got this through the library and didnt spend hard earned money with this one. Definitely not going in my mini library. Sorry just definitely not for me any part of this and happy to leave this book behind to never be talked about again.

I ended up DNFing this one. It went from a extreme of creeping me out and then was too intense with the explicit content for me. Just not something I could continue reading/listening to. I pretty much lost interest 50% of the way through
