This is such a cute book. I absolutely adored it. Also, kind of a slow-burn if anyone is looking for that. Absolutely delightful.

I think reading this without knowing anything about this planet was a mistake. Even though it takes place before Ares books, I feel like I would have enjoyed this so much more if I read it after. So, I'll read it again then to see ^_^

This one is rated so low! I think it does deserve at least a 3 star rating, but yeah I see why it isn't the favorite. Of the first four it is my least favorite. I'll dive into 5 shortly!

Okay, I liked this one more because there was a threat and Sandy is awesome. Still, I did skim quite a lot.

3.5 stars – there were a few bits that seems ridiculous. I'm not sure why people are so in love with this series yet.
That being said, I see some potential foreshadowing and hints of more to be revealed in the future. So, I'll read the next one soon.

Rated so low because I have a hard time reading books about unlikeable characters and well we knew they would be. It is interesting to see Takada, Piscary, Trent's parents, and Quen, but... this could have been a novella. 400+ pages was wayyyy too long.

How is every volume worse than the last?!

3.5 stars rounded up for nostalgia's sake and the surprise that I hadn't rated it when I rated it previously.

ehhh idk why this one didn't work for me :/ maybe it took until this point in my binge reading of the series to be tired of it shrugs
It is a really interesting concept though and I'm looking forward to the next addition ^_^

These books are absolutely hitting the spot. I love how cute the couples are.

Olivia? Still a badass and I love her.
Thel? ehhh a little better here I guess, but much like the first book he doesn't have much of a presence.

I'm interested in the human colony, so I'm going to keep going.
