Claimed by the Rockstars: Part Two

Wrote a review for

A good continuation with good news after. (Jamie and Orion are getting a book!!)

  • The relationships, this became a bit of a weird point for me in this book, we had mostly setup in the previous part however for the second part I feel we kind of stalled on most of them. There are 4 people in this relationship but it didn't quite feel like that for me, except for a few scenes, for the majority of the time we focus on rehabilitating Rex's issues, the interactions and his trauma. For me this means we mostly spent time with him and Bells who was helping him along, leaving Phoenix and Rafael feeling like secondary characters in their own romance.
  • Bells is still an interesting character and even if I didn't feel a lot of character growth from her I always enjoy the slightly unhinged answers and reactions she has.
  • As for the conflict, I liked it, there was some tension before the big blowout and the actual end of it was satisfying enough, not too easy or rushed since it didn't only happen in the last few chapters of the book.

This was a good experience in my opinion.
