Holy Shit!
Okay this book by far was one of the most interesting books I have ever read in this series so far. The girls get framed for literally everything that was part of the last 13 books and have to go to prison because no one believed them.
But just in the last second someone made a issue that led to free them from what was waiting for them in prison.
I totally don't have any words for this one and I'm so into it right now that I have to read book 15 soon just to finally be done with this story and learn everything about it that I missed so far.
Totally a good one!
Alright, so after the events of book 11 and 12 in which we heard a lot about Emily's baby and the cruise ship vacation the girls attended, we are now finally back in Rosewood and things are going straight down the hole.
I really was enjoying the eleventh and twelfth book and therefore couldn't wait for the month September to arrive so I can start book thirteen. But other than that the book is good, right after a few pages I noticed that we now have a agent called Fuji who contacts the girls to speak with them individually as well as in a group session about the Tabitha Clark thing from book nine. The girl that not only knew Alison but also the girl that acted and looked like here a lot so the girls thought that she is Alison wanting to hurt them once again.
Although the girls were kind of able to tell the truth at the end of book twelve, they decided against it because A provided more information to the police about the murder and also the police found out the real reason why Tabitha died, so Aria was off the radar. Still, A did not let go of the girls and for book thirteen he or she had other plans for the girls, making them believe that everyone around them could be A – also their other friends or family members.
As an example, Aria, Hanna, Noel and Mike went to Iceland and Aria met Olaf. They both stole a painting back in Iceland and somehow the painting landed in Aria's closet while Olaf seems to be missing.
A, for sure, had planted the painting inside Aria´s room, making her and her friends believe that Noel is A – because Noel was around a lot of times when they talked about A and other things.
To keep this short, because I want to start book fourteen now, I really loved this book but I also missed a few things, because sometimes this book felt like a placeholder book like some oft the other books I have read in this series earlier this year, but the story behind Aria and Olaf, the cheating story behind Noel and Aria (because they both cheated on each other for once) and also Hanna being part of the story although she didn't want to, made this book a semi like masterpiece – still three stars because I liked it and would recommend the whole series too.
Totally loved this book. It was one of the first scary books I have ever read and therefore I was a bit sceptic at first because I wasn't sure if its the right book for me or not, but after reading the first three chapters I totally fell in love with it and wasn't able to stop reading it.
I actually had to limit my reading time to 20 minutes per day because otherwise I would have finished it way sooner and would have been left without a good book for a few days, because this one had me like a drug in it's system.
I also loved how Tiffany D Jackson made it clear that although we live in 2023 now, black people still have some trouble with others not wanting them near them and harassing them without any reasons. Totally would go for another book she wrote which by the way I already purchased, it's called “Monday's not coming”

I loved this book so much, because it was one of the best books in this series so far and the fact it wasn't set in Rosewood this time, but gave the reader a second sight of the lives of the girls, made me love this book from start to finish.
I also read this in August and it was a summer book, giving the reader some vacation vibes, sun, beach and ocean feeling too.
I would totally recommend reading this book if you are a fan of the TV series, because I felt like being more related to the characters of the show inside this book, having them in front of my eyes and enjoying their time on the cruise ship.
A totally five star book!
So far I really did enjoy this book.
The end and what's coming next is still little bit confusing and I don't know what will come in book four, but for now I will take a break from this series, probably for a few days/weeks before I start book four, since I need to read something different first.
I liked the fact that Alaric was more featured in this book and also told his story why he really came to Fell´s church, although in the TV series he's more like a hunter than a psychologist but that's okay for me too since he's my favorite character in both the show and the book series.
Actually, I don't have many bad things to say about this one there was only one thing I kind of hated and that was that a few chapters were like placeholders but that's all.
Since I did not enjoyed the last two books 9-10 I hadn't really had any high hopes for this one but turned out that this one isn't bad and also made me cry in the end too - that hadn't been happening in all the other 10 books before.
I like how the story behind Emily's baby gets explained and how not only Tabitha is dead but her stepmother is dead too. I know this sounds cruel but they both weren't good people and were messing around with the girls.
I also like how Aria and Meredith are becoming friends slowly because Meredith told her that she felt sorry for what she had done to Aria and her family. I think it was time for Meredith to say that.
Overall, a great book although I have seen a lot of bad review here and on other sites and also on YouTube but for me personal this book is a five star one since it was better than book 9 and 10 in total
Well, after reading the first eight books, everything was fine and the storyline was great, although I think it was the second book I did not enjoy that much.
But after the ninth book, things are getting worse and worse. And I don't mean that the whole story is bad, but how the characters acting and how they are described since the ninth book, I don't like it anymore and I'm having a hard time reading them.
But let me explain it, why it took me literally one month to read this book.
In the first few chapters, things are okay, although Emily is pregnant and her sister treats her like shit, like girl c´mon, she's a pregnant teenager, no need to be to cruel to her.
Aria and Noel are no longer together and she finally meets Ezra again, looks like a cute story is going to happen but no.
For Hanna I don´t even have words.
And for Spencer? Well, she's the same but worse. Taking drugs, blaming others for it and lying never stops.
I don't think that Sara Shepard noticed that the book series was fine till book eight and then had to stop, she even managed to publish another eight books after the first eight. I don't know, but don't they always tend to say that if it's good then you need to stop?
Ihm not sure if I'm going to read book eleven and the others following, but if I do then it takes a while because for now I have to forget that piece of literature shit.
Excellent read and by far the best of this series as of now!
I'm really excited to start the third book although I already have read it last year but not in English.
I also started to watch the tv series again to feel more related to reading the books because on Monday June 19 I will start reading the original vampire diaries series so I had to finish this one by this weekend to be able to read other books.
I would recommend any fan of the tv shoe to read this book series since it's related to the events of the tv series not like the original book series.
