Loved this book!

SNOREEEEEEE. Skip this one. I was bored throughout. Maria drove me INSANE. She kept asking the SAME questions over and over even when it had already been explained! ALKJLAKSDJL AJSDLKAJSDkjhaslk

I liked this one! I honestly did not see the ending coming.

What a terrible ending to a terrible book.

If the love story had been left out this would have been much, much better. The forced romance was ridiculous and boring.

I was on my edge of the seat the whole time. I couldn't put it down.

For LOVING this series, this book fell so short.

IT'S OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAYYY!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Ughhhh. WHY AM I STILL READING THIS SERIES? I just have to know what happens. But the characters are all whiny and insufferable, not to mention completely idiotic. WHY, OH WHY?

God this was a disappointment. It was such a good idea, too. :/

God. Talk about a plethora of unlikable characters. Every single person in this book was just awful and I couldn't root for any of them!

Spoilers

Ann is whiny and ridiculous. She gets crazy thoughts in her mind and just whines and whines about them.

Marco is probably the most likable of the whole slew- and he stole the freaking baby!

Richard is just a self-righteous asshole who I want to punch in the face.

Cynthia is a slutty manipulative bitch.

The detective is so sure of himself and his theories that you just want to scream.

Alice isn't bad, but you just want to reach out and slap her for being so blind.

Gah. Glad this book is over.

Oh for Christ's sake, this book was torturous. I had to fight my way to the end because I wanted to know what happened, but even with the MAJOR cliff hanger I just refuse to read the next in the series. Every single character went from interesting(in Soulless) to downright obnoxious! Save yourself the agony.

You know, normally by the 7th book in a series you get a little tired of the writing style and general themes of an author-but not with Diana Gabaldon. This is probably my favorite in the series since Outlander itself.

~~~Spoilers(ish)
This was actually pretty awful. One of the most obnoxious things to me was the imagery. We hear all about these aliens, but we RARELY hear a single description of them. We got a brief description of the blue-haired alien towards the end, but really not much else. And the sex scenes aren't sexy...none of them. They all turned my stomach in a way I can't describe. Even the ones that were supposed to be of a romantic and intimate nature were awful. The threesomes felt more like rape than anything.
I listened to this on audiobook, and I have to say it was NOT a good reading. Don't bother.
Eh, it was alright. I think I'm just getting to old for these YA novels.
I'm counting one, counting two, counting thr...I can't freaking finish...
I just couldn't do it. I thought that the idea was really amazing and I was hooked at the beginning, but then it starting getting so repetitious that I found myself skipping over full sections. Aside from that the characters were all completely insufferable. I don't think I liked a single character in the entire book! I just couldn't finish it.
LOVED this. I definitely would recommend it. It reminded me of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Almost too much so, really. But I still enjoyed it once I got past that annoyance.
Damn cliffhanger.
Eh, it was okay. But that ending...terrible
This had me on the edge of my seat. So very good. A must-read
My only complaint is that the ending was a bit predictable.
I don't know why, but my mind wanders back to this book all the time. It was an assigned reading in the 8th grade and I STILL think about it.
Literally me
I have an issue. Pete had red shoes (from the strawberries), and then stepped in blueberries, which means they would be PURPLE, not blue.
