This book was so unexpected. I was thinking of a nice historical romance and was pleasantly surprised with the level of danger and intrigue laced through out the book. It had depth and heart racing moments. I loved how the FMC connected with people. No spice just light kiss and light implication of consummation of marriage and no language!
