I'll probably never stop thinking about this book tbh.
Nesta girl I am SO sorry for the things I said about you in the first 4 books. I love you

I don't think I get this one because I don't have a sibling,,, this one isn't for the only children of the world sorry

I don't think I could've made it through this if I physically read instead of listened as an audiobook too

4.25
This one is for the Taylor swift girlies fs.
Love all the mental health representation too!

Unfortunately a huge miss. Too many plots interwoven all of them felt lazy and juvenile and were not fleshed out by the end and none of the characters were likable. Definitely dragged on.

4.5 rounded up. I really enjoyed this one, only disappointing part was how much the main character's husband wasn't central to the plot. It was good but sometimes it felt like she couldn't do anything without him

Might've been a 4 but of course we hate a 3rd act breakup and honestly the second half dragged for me. Could've done with about 100 less pages tbh

I can't tell you a darn thing that happened here that isn't in the synopsis. This was a miss for me, boring boring boring

I'm sorry I know everyone loved this but I hated it! The format didn't work at all, and I didn't like a single character (except maybe Elizabeth who's literally dead)

I'm sorry to everyone who's had to hear me talk about this the past few weeks and everyone who will have to hear me talk about this in the future

I wish Ms gay nothing but love and healing for the rest of her life

This was too disjointed for me, it felt too memoir but also then it would just jump around I didn't feel the weaving of nature in a story just a lot of words

This was gonna be a 4-4.5 star read but truly the ending pushed it over the edge into a 5. Don't let how long it took me to read this fool you, the library made me return it but this was an excellent debut. I cannot wait to read more from Ms. Sangoyomi!!

This one might take the cake for worst boom I've read this year.
I was SO close to DNFing and everyone knows I DO NOT do that.
Had to move to 2.5-3x speed to get through the last 2/3rds of this but the beginning was no better

This book is not at all what I was expecting. I don't think there is any way to put it into words and I don't think I'll ever fully understand it

It would've been a solid 4 without the Covid part but I hated that so sorry :(

I need to stop reading essays/memoirs/literary nonfiction by millennials bc they're always sooooo annoying to me

Coulda probably chopped this into a novella, but overall pretty good, was worth my time overall.

It in fact did not get better and the baby was a minor nuisance of a plot point

Little far fetched but alright I'll bite

I'm don't think the writing itself was bad but I think this story would've been better if someone else wrote it. Also rose is the wooooorst!

A court of everyone fighting more like??

3.5 rounded up. I did read spoilers of the authors acknowledgment so I think that probably made it make more sense than it would have but honestly i really enjoyed this

Never thought I'd care so much about the nuances of a fairy war
