Revenge is always so satisfying! Fantastic twist ending! An easy five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

All the characters (and some new ones) are back being just as vile and disgusting as they were in book one… So how does Eric have me rooting so hard for them? 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I can’t wait for the final book to come out to finally find out what the heck is going on in Burnt Sparrow!

Unfortunately, the synopsis on the back of the book is actually the entire book! The first 85% is very slow as it is just the “set up”…Then from there, it finally picks up the pace and exciting things start to happen! 3 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️!

The beginning was great and just what I wanted… but then it got long winded and the magic of the story faded away. 3 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️!

As I was reading this book I was sure I was going to give it 5 Stars! However, the crash and burn of the last 10 pages was so disappointing! 2 Stars ⭐️⭐️!

Well - It’s wasn’t Ursula from The Little Mermaid inside the cave! Very suspenseful ending! 3 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️! I wish we would have gotten more of the backstory of the cave!

Now that’s how you properly do a twist ending! Also, is it wrong that I felt bad for Sarafina? 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Very creative whimsical vibes throughout… I just wanted an ending with more of a dramatic punch! 3 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Don’t read this book if you are on a diet - it will make you hungry! 3 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because the lies were a bit unrealistic for my taste.

I’ve never hated a fictional character (Pete) more in my life! The Author did an amazing job! 4 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

This is the most imaginative, unusual, and creative storytelling I’ve read in a long time! I knew I was reading something very special! 4 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I would have given it 5 Stars, however, I personally like my endings to be a little more tightened up!

The main character made bad decisions after bad decisions… And I loved every minute of it! 4 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! PS - Did anyone else notice that the Author used word “lamented” a million times?

Kept my interest, however, the ending disappointedly fizzled out! 2 Stars ⭐️⭐️!

It was so interesting and fun learning about new types of witches, demons, goddesses, and deities of the universe! Loved the suspense and mystery as well as how the main character found her inner strength! 4 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I would have given it 5 Stars, however, it was hard to believe that the boyfriend was unbelievably able to figure so much out and be fine with all the chaos happening.

Addie is such a smooth operator! Love how she never gave up and climbed her way out of a mistake… and she got the last laugh which was the best part! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

What makes this book so great is that it’s out of control from start to finish! Also, I loved all the references to horror movies and horror books! An easy 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

This books theme song could be “No Ordinary Love” by Sade because of the 3 characters all consuming love for one another! In a good way, it’s uniquely constructed with the timing of events as well as a creative take on outsmarting death! 4 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
