This is not a traditional romantic comedy. Absolutely nothing to laugh about the author's take on dating and marriage.

The character of Andrea (Andy) is so ineffectual it is nearly unreadable. Skipped large swaths of the book.

Lots of descriptive details. Audio book may have made following the timeline more difficult.

Quirky fun, fast read. Perhaps a little over the top in spots; Molly and Theo's take on The Gift of the Magi storyline for example. The irreverent take on the holidays was a refreshing interlude from more traditional fare.

I want to like this series, but...

Really 3.5 stars. A fun easy read. Care about the detective and the characteres in the town. A good read.

Fun! One of my favorite mystery series. New one out soon and this one has several story threads left unfinished.

Tough read but important to know this information. The politics that went into the design of the food pyramid is startling.

I was drawn in early, repulsed by character choices nearer end, and ending barely rescued.

I simply loved this book until the final three chapters. Seemed rushed in pulling everything together when the development of the story and characters had been thoughtful until then. Such a disappoinment.
