This part is pasted from my review of The Court of Owls: I don't usually like DC or Batman all that much. The most I've read in the past is some of 52, All-Star Superman, and the entirety of Flashpoint (great stuff!)... Oh! And some of the Starfire comic. And my first comic ever was Princess Amythyst of Gemworld.

I digress... this was just an amazing read! Most of the time with comics and graphic novels I don't even read the description. I like to go in blind. So, I did it with this as well and man this was just a REALLY good read!!! I didn't know what was coming next ever. I tried to guess what was going on the whole time and... while I initially guess correctly, there were so many twist and turns that by the end I had second... third... maybe even fourth guessed myself. I cried twice before the end, which is also crazy to say about a Batman comic for me. Anyway, I recommend this one to any lover of graphic novels.

Anywho, this Batman stuff I've been reading lately is really popping off!! I've been wanting to read this for a while but recently got it in my head to start and I'm really glad I did. This was an amazing read from beginning to end.
