the world built by Tolkien is amazing I loved every part of it about the book well I love the whole concept the characters were amazing and the moment the present us the dragon was perfect my only complain (spoiler)the dragon wasn't the final enemy and I was so interested about the Dragon but how the dragon get killed was too simple for me I needed more of a real deal with the dragon but noooo just a simple arrow kill him you have to be kidding me we wait the hole book for the dragon to appear and when it appear it is awesome you feel the tension of the characters but just an arrow throw all of that out of the window so Not really happy with that
After the dragon's death I didn't felt big interested for the final battle a character die and we just got a few lines to know what happens so it doesn't have the impact that the character deserved the end I liked it it was like the hobbit finally have rest but almost all the problems after the dragon's death were meaningless
though I need to make very clear I would reread this book and that means a lot From all the books I have read(not a lot)I would reread 2 books and this is one of them I don't know I just feel like this is a really comfy book to read maybe in a rainy or snowy day after a hard day of work because a feeling in this book is clear for me being in the comfort zone at the start in the hobbit hole but taking the risk and go to the adventures and after all the hard work finally you get to the hobbit hole and you finally have peace and I think the words of Bilbo are clever than mine so here they are:
“Roads go ever ever on
Under cloud and under star,
Yet feet that wandering have gone
Turn at last to home afar.
Eyes that fire and sword have seen
And horror in the halls of stone
Look at last on meadows green
And trees and hills they long have known.”
Damm this book is perfect from start till end it's engaging and adictive as hell I read this one in just 6 hours because it was so interesting by moments tense and I just wanted to know what's gonna happen next
Another thing that I think is important to point out is the humour because is hilarious and because that humour I get to feel more comfortable with the character and feel concerned about all the bad thing that he has to fight this is for me 5/5 stars
This book was an amazing Book for me I loved it till I get to the last chapters and then everything was screwed it was horrible basically the author build up an entire atmosphere and then almost at the end he throws everything out of the window
Spoiler-I still can't believe that the plot was about Emely losing the baby it was a boring plot that is just like I read all this chapter just for this
Another thing is the characters I liked how everything was going between them but when the secret of Becca and Richard I didn't feel the emotions that were needed there ufff and another ridiculous thing was how at the end after tom and Lucy get out of Emily's house the normal reaction would be to stay together I mean he noticed that Alice has lie to him he noticed how she was manipulating everyone so I mean the normal reaction would be to support Lucy but he didn't no idea why
I just felt like the entire end was to rush and the plot was too weak although even with that I give 3 stars because the problem was the ending the rest of the book was a masterpiece for my taste
Well I don't think this book is totally bad just it wasn't for me it bored me a lot and I think it was repetitive although I haven't get familiarized with poetry but for now I think I'm gonna leave this score although I'm gonna try to reread this one in another time to see if my taste for poetry improved and get a better try on this one
This is one of the few books of personal improvement that I had really enjoyed The way this book is write is very engaging and interesting but this book Don't have just that this book have a topic essential for everyone habits one of the hardest things to create right or to destroy and this one gives a lot of strategies to make the habits stick I read this book a long time ago and it help me a lot to create good habits and improve a lot myself but now with this re-read I can see more clearly a lot of things I didn't saw back then so in general if you don't know how to start self-improving books this is a recommendable one so give it a go
THIS BOOK IS STUNNING,Not other thing that a masterpiece I have to say between all mythologies my favorite is the Norse one and this book get to show that to the maximum if I could give it a 10 I would and I get so in the book like no other and that's Soo hard for me so I recommend this with My entire soul an amazing Book with a lot of potential that I'm anxious to keep discovering with the next books of this trilogy
Note:I found this song and I think fits perfectly to the book and is a plus to get into the book although I prefer the cover
Hoist the colours by Malinda cover
Holly molly this Short history got me sooo hard I didn't expect this because I have a thing with Short things I have a feeling that it's no satisfied It can't got me if is short just can't but this one is really intriguing and weird in it's own way just 4 pages and I was drawn into the story the start the middle and the end keep the story interesting so This is without doubt a 5 star
Holly molly this book is really something first I want to say that I don't get scared Easily but this book give me that of course while I readed more less scary the book get But even with dad is really intriguing I couldn't stop reading because of that I was just trapped in wanting to know how it ends If I could give tis book ten stars out of 5 I will do it without doubt because this one is one of the best for me in it's genre
Well I started poetry with this book and it wasn't a good idea although I have to admit that the topics of this book were a bit interesting but not well written so I wouldn't recommend this book maybe I don't have the best idea of how good this book is because is my first poetry book however I didn't like it
There are books that is really hard to give them 5 stars but this book was the easiest 5 stars this book touch me so hard that I can't explain it,This book get to a part of me that nothing else could everything here is so real and wath else can I say this book even make me cry I haven't cried in years and this book just get to do it I really recommend this one if you have a lot of questions and problems I thing this is a book that can change the way you think
Wow this book was awesome I just couldn't stop I loved every character the story telling I love the atmosphere I loved everything
This was genuinely an interesting read, it went more to the psychological aspect of being afraid and how little by little the characters were going down and I totally loved it,the atmosphere of the book was totally terrifying and how all the characters mend together was incredible but Although I enjoyed every aspect of the book in my opinion it fell short, the characters did not fell down enough they were scared they weren't as clever or secure of themselves as at the start but I would have love to see them worse than that
However I feel this is a book that it's worth reading although it could have been better
3.5 to 4
I enjoyed this book the way that everything started developing and all the progress seen on the spiders was something really cool though I have to say that the humans weren't as interesting as the spiders on the spider side you saw rebellions, revolutions the rising of a new society the sexism and a lot of amazing stuff while the humans were doing nothing as cool everytime I was brought to the human side I was reading as fast as I could to keep expanding on the spiders but however I think this book is truly good and I bet that on the next one with the events last seen will be really awesome
The Fisherman it's such a beautiful representation of grief and how it was written and the prose used just dragged u deeper into this book unraveling a story about the non-ordinary
But to me the most interesting aspect of this book is not the horror of what here is shown or whatever lies in the dark waters of shallow greek but how grief pulls u down and destroys you in much more deeper ways than any super natural thing could
