4.5, a seriously weird book but I loved it!

4.5, delightfully disturbing

4.5, a clever take on movie and book tropes

3.5, the end earned this read an extra half star

4.25 stars, it's nice to read a thriller with a less common setup. I look forward to reading everything this author writes.

Very interesting and insightful information about England's racial history.

Do yourself a favor and read The Girl Next-door instead. I like extreme horror, but this just was not written as well as this authors other books. I also have to say the whole angle with the brother was really not for me.

This was not a fun book to read. Not much of a thriller, more like a depressing tale of the destruction of a family. Not for me.

A little predictable, but enjoyable, nonetheless

3.5 because the ending was a little abrupt for me.

4.25, I enjoyed this one more than the first one in the series.

This was not for me.

3.75, rounded up. Really not a fan of Axel.

3.5 Rounded up for the writing quality.

Rounded up to a 5. I'm not sure I would've liked this book as much if I hadn't been reading it as an audiobook. The audiobook narrator really added tension to the story. It was a fast thrilling little Christmas story.

3.5 and I'm not entirely sure what I just read.
