This was a great book and I really enjoyed reading it.
I thought the characters were brilliant and I was always wondering what going to happen next and who reading havoc. I wasn't however suprised to find out who it was though, both me and my friend saw it coming.
Definitely going to carry on reading the series and would recommend to others
OMG I loved this book and did expect the ending at all. I knew there was something different about her but I did not see that coming at all, that was totally unexpected.
I'm loving all the characters, theyre all very different but you can see how they've changed even just from throne of glass (first book of the series I read).
This is one of those books I'd been meaning to read for quite a while and totally regret not reading earlier.
I'm not into vampires but this book was brilliant it's very well written I didn't feel like any parts of the book was too slow or could have been left out.
I can't wait to read the next books in the series.
A fantasy novel by Michael Scott, the second book in the six part series, The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel.
15 year old twins, Sophie and John Newman are now in Paris with the alchemyst, Nicholas Flamel and his friend, Scathach. They now face Niccolò Machiavelli and his rival but also colleague John Dee.
While avoiding Machiavelli and Dee they travel to some friends of Flamels who help Sophie with her new powers and train her in controlling her aura and using elemental magic of fire.
This is definitely a children's series it is a good book and series however the twins are I.mature especially Josh, which is expected with them being children. This book definitely has more action than the previous book.
I like how the book is partly based on real historical people and also myths however some action scenes where a little too long.
