I really really loved the characters and the restaurant, as well as the educational component. This was just way too short, I would have loved more of it. Instead of a graphic novella, I would have loved to see this as a full length graphic novel.

Really interesting but also really dense. I struggled through this but it does feel worth it to get through. It isn't really an accessible read in my opinion, and I struggled to follow the characters, but the plot was really interesting.

Smart and ruthless, I loved the style of writing here and the different perspectives. The chapter structure with different people's narratives really worked for me, I enjoyed this a lot.
