The story of a fae queen and her human fated mate separated for eleven years absolutely broke my heart and then pieced it back together. Their stolen moments and the promise of return was so beautifully written that I couldn't help but root for them through every twist and turn.

Tasha has done it again with her incredible world-building and characters that feel so real you'd swear they were sitting right next to you. The tension between duty and desire, the race against time, and the looming threat of war created the perfect storm of emotions.

What I loved most was how this book ties together the main storyline that began in Book One while still feeling fresh and exciting. The memory wipe trope was executed PERFECTLY, and the found family elements warmed my heart completely! 💕

This is definitely a five-star read and I can't wait to see what the next books in this series bring! If you're a fan of fae romance with high stakes and deep emotions, you NEED this book in your life!

The way Sophia writes these characters makes them feel so real that their pain becomes your pain, their triumphs your triumphs. Elessia's journey through torture, darkness, and loss had me completely captivated from start to finish.

The world building continues to amaze me - from the ruthless Fae king's realm to the war-torn Havlands, every setting is richly detailed and immersive. And can we talk about the SPICE? 🔥 That "use me to forget" trope turned into something so much deeper had me screaming into my pillow!

One of my favorite quotes has to be: "If you die on that ship I will come to the afterlife and haunt you for f*cking ever, and then we can talk about possessive." 😍

Watching these fated mates fight through literal hell to be together while battling gods, rebels, and their own demons... I'm still processing all the emotions. The themes of female rage, healing together after heartbreak, and burning the world for the one you love resonated so deeply.
