Pretty standard Katee Robert monster romance. Kept me entertained for an evening, but likely won't be lasting.

Love the consistent and casual queer rep in all her books.

It appears that everyone hated this FMC, but, uh, she was a little too relatable, send help

Ok this one definitely picked up and made the series as a whole higher rating. No idea what's in the last book though, I think this one wrapped it up pretty nicely.

I definitely got stuck halfway through this one and put it down for a few weeks. But the 2md half definitely picked back up. I still don't like this series as much as HOB or Grandmaster

Okay this was just what I needed. The right mix of vengeance and smut to get me out of a reading slump

This one was cute. And I definitely spent the whole time picturing the griffon as Toothless

It took me 3 years to finish this book but I finally did it. The book was more historical fiction than magic which wasn't what I was expecting. The audiobook was great though.

Bonus points for being steamier than I was expecting. Overall it was cute and hit a little too close to home.

This was what I thought Honey Girl was going to be. More romance than mid life crisis. I loved all the romance elements and it didn't have the miscommunication trope, so brownie points for that

Exactly what I expected out of Hyacinth's book

Olivia Dade's books just check all my favorite book boxes. No notes

Pretty average why choose. Cartoon cover is cuter

This whole book is the “what is going on in the house of Commons” TikTok audio and the scene the cover is based on is chefs kiss perfect, no notes

This was good! I loved getting all the different perspectives from the recording transcripts. And the unreliable narrators.

What a great heist story with a fantastic mix of characters

This was every bit the cheesy spicy romcom that you want it to be.

If this isn't the definition of cozy fantasy, I don't know what is

I have mixed feelings about this one. It was sorta creepy, but not enough to prevent me from reading at night. It might have been better if I hadn't already read Mexican Gothic. It wasn't super long, which was nice, but I didn't really feel any attachment to the characters.

The gay panic scene was excellent. The freaking cliffhangers though.

A fun action/mystery with older ladies as the main characters. The killer reveal at the end wasn't shocking but I enjoyed the end anyway.
