

I highly recommend this book. I truly don’t think there is a better book out there for survivors. It guides you through the healing journey one small step at a time. It includes many useful practices that I now use on a daily basis, and everything is explained clearly, allowing you to better understand what’s happening in your body and start to heal properly. It also has a lot of stories from other survivours that are horrible to read, but it makes you feel less alone.
Overall, I can't recommend this book enough. It really helped me so much, but I do recommend doing at least some of the exercises with a therapist cause some of them are really hard. If you need this book, I’m truly sorry for what brought you to it, and I hope it helps you as much as it helped me.
