While i felt engaged in the story and followed it through, overall i felt it was teasing for something larger that never came.

This was a really exciting and gripping image of where current technology may evolve into. It was like an exciting body-swapping Black Mirror episode!

This was a great brutal literary horror fiction of revenge and cultural identity. I loved the tension, the build-up and then the release. The hunters become the hunted.

Deep and stretching high fantasy filled with backstabbing quest for the throne, a strangely possessed assassin, and an indigenous tribesman weave together in this captivating tale.

While a fun ‘found family' sci-fi story it seemed to have gotten in it's own way - Full review here:

This was really a spectacular read full of intrigue and brooding dark creatures and worlds. I really enjoyed this and would love to read more of the backstory of these characters!

Holy Macaroni! What a story. Stories. These chapters are so fluid and filled to the brim with movement and plot. Great read!

Almost felt like a Mike Judge follow up to ‘Idiocracy' (but in a good way!)

A haunting story of physical and emotional metamorphosis and the way it impacts the psychology of a tight-knit community. Well done!

Is this the new ‘Expanse'? Possibly! See my full video review here - https://youtu.be/lbvzitfFtMQ

Loved the story and loved the imagery. Dystopic and eerily dark. Reading along with the soundtrack is quite where experience. https://simonstalenhag.bandcamp.com/album/the-electric-state

Crude language, gutter punks, and gory action. Hollow zombies and Tar men. pretty entertaining overall, It has potential so I'll most likely continue the series.

4.5 stars. I think I really liked this one a lot more than ‘We Sold Our Souls' but then again I used to be a music blogger who spent hours scouring Bandcamp for hours on end in my spare time.

Loving it. Brutal space witches and a space jail compound.

Great action, fear, love, heartbreak.

This was a quite surprisingly rich book that reads light and easy to digest. Full review coming soon.

Good points. Delivered in a quick and digestible format. A bit of flexing here and there but it sends a decent message. Audiobook narrated by the author.

There was a lot to unpack, but also a lot to be desired. Though it was unique in what little of the world was revealed to us and the humor and action kept things moving.

I found this book very similar to The Circle by Dave Eggers in a good way. Solid 4 stars
