There's some good stuff in there but overall it's much drier than I expected. I reads quite like a textbook in many sections.
As a white male, this was a much needed and eye opening view into what it means to grow up black in the United States. That and a wonderful background on the people behind the BLM movement. I think everyone in our country should read this
A lot of good takeaways that can be applied for a more efficient, meaningful and sane life. The last chapter summarizes the book well.
