Very well written, beyond that I don't really know what to think. There is very little in the way of plot or character development, but then that's sort of the point?
It's a very short book yet somehow felt a little too long. I read it quickly more because there were other more interesting reads calling my attention. It's a nice read but slow and not a page turner by any means.
The rating is more emotional than objective. Still a good read.
As the book quotes at the beginning, whether you enjoy a book depends on your point in life and if it matches that book (badly paraphrasing). This is definitely one of those books.
It helps to reflect on our own aspirations and what we truly want. Also that it's ok to not know.
Also to add one of the best translated books I've read.
I found the original part of the book largely mediocre with some good insights and some times where the writing seemed very arrogant and closed minded (or just outdated) 2.75
In the other hand, I really liked the update for the 10th anniversary edition, which was more relevant and in itself pointed out many flaws in the original. 4.25
So a combined 3.5 for me.
