It took a long while to get into the book, but the second half I've read in only two days. An emotional, captivating story, incredibly beautiful writing style.

There were many lengths that bored me sometimes. But looked at as a whole, this story is very good – the first book ever that made me cry at the end!

Stephen King often saves the day for me with his endings, so I can't be too mad at him for the lengths in the middle of his books.

Some storylines were more exciting than others, but overall, it is such an elaborate book that the few lengths weren't ruining it at all.

In my opinion one of King's best books. So fascinating how he can fill so many pages with 80 to 90 percent dialogue and still keep it thrilling!

I really didn't remember a lot from my first reading. This book was toooo long. And less special than I remembered. I liked the characters, but King tried a bit too hard making Wireman this cool dude with the awesome lines.

This topic is simply not the part of languages I'm mostly interested in, so it felt too dry to continue. And I'm sure it's not the author, because I read another one of his language books which was great!
