Best consumed a few stories at a time. Too many long-winded non-answers for a book that is supposed to be about “serious scientific answers.” Most were still entertaining.

Fans of Vonnegut's humor and style will enjoy “The Codger and the Sparrow.” The story shines with the unlikely friendship between a grumpy old man and a troubled teen, both on a journey of self-discovery. The Austin, Texas setting will have locals smiling as the characters visit some of their favorite spots. A fun and enjoyable read.
